Amanda Ogle female therapist in Oregon and Washington

Therapy with me is relaxed and collaborative.

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker in Oregon and Washington, and I use she/her pronouns. I am deeply motivated to help people overcome the shame that can often come with asking for help. I have nearly two decades of experience supporting folks from all walks of life, in all stages of life, work through challenges and find relief. We all need tools to live our best lives.  I can help you find the ones that work for you and support you along your path to wellness.

I help people who are experiencing overwhelm, low mood, and anxiety find solutions to better weather life’s ups and downs.

I am trained in many evidenced based practices, and have extensive experience working with people who have experienced trauma, including military service members and veterans. My approach to therapy is person-centered and eclectic. I aim to provide affirming, culturally informed care. I am passionate about supporting the queer community, individuals who have experienced race based stress and trauma and professionals who are experiencing vicarious trauma and burnout.

I firmly believe that you are the expert on you, and I will tailor my treatment to address your unique needs.
